The Island Fest Southwest Airlines National Coaches Showcase flys coaches in from across the nation during a time period when college coaches can interact with players of the proper age/class on June 15th.

The Southwest National Coaches Showcase is focused on creating the opportunity for players to demonstrate their volleyball skills for college coaches, from varying Divisional Levels (Community Colleges - Division 1) .

The Combine format leans towards player education with individual/position drills, with minimal group/team play.  This allows the college coaches the ability to see multiple repetitions of specific skills run by exceptional talent. Athletes are afforded an opportunity to get an education from some of the best in the game as well as maximum recruiting exposure while at the same time reducing the risk of injuries.
