The 2026 Island Fest Big Mākeke (TM) at Makers Island presented by Main Street Marketplace will take place 6/11 + 6/13-6/14
6/12 is not a competition day for the tournament.
Vendor partners can keep their stalls up on 6/12. They do not have to break-down the evening of 6/11 and re-build 6/12.
We suggest vendors take valuables with them. The tournament will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Load in: 6PM-9PM 6/10/26
Load out 6/14 3PM-6PM
Vendors are required to be open for business by 6:45AM each morning.
Vendors can close no earlier than 4pm. The tournament will end aprox. 7PM each day.
There are no food vendors allowed in this event except by special permit and an advanced fee.
The Convention Center can provide additional tables and chairs, and electricity (fees may apply).
Vendors are allowed to be in pre-assigned stalls only. Stalls will be assigned at the sole discretion of Island Fest.
All fees and waivers must be signed and delivered by May 15, 2026.
A vendor will not be confirmed until all fees and waivers are received.
A vendor may lose their spot if paid positions fill before Island Fest or Main Street Marketplace receives your full vendor payment and waivers.
