The Hawaiian Island Volleyball Festival invites vendors large and small to join us at the Hawaii Convention Center

We have priced this opportunity to be affordable for small and large brands alike.

  • (3) Day event

  • Over 2,000 people in attendance each day

  • 60% of teams from the mainland or international looking for memorable items.

  • Only $100/day

*Includes all 3 days.

Please use this option to Join us in the Convention Center inside the playing arenas. Convention Center Vendors must commit for all (3) Days of the tournament. 6/11/26 and 6/13/26 thru 6/14/26. 6/12 will not be a tournament day. However, vendors can leave their booths up at their discretion. We recommend taking valuables with you. Load in will be the evening of 6/10/26.

REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for joining Island Fest. Please note our invitations are limited and your participation limits the opportunities of other brands. There is a $50 non-refundable Application Fee once you have booked your space(s). A $150 ($150 in total) refund will be offered between May 25, 2026, and June 1, 2026. No refunds, for any reason, will be offered after June 1, 2026. To notify us of cancellation, email: info@hawaiivbfest.com
