Hotel room reservation fees are refundable minus a $50 processing fee until May 1, 2025.
Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament for hotel rooms will be entitled to a full refund of their hotel reservation minus a $50 per room cancellation fee upon written request prior to May 1, 2025 at 11:59PM (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).
