TOURNAMENT Refund Policy

Please read our non-negotiable Refund Policy carefully.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 – MARCH 1, 2025 (11:59PM Pacific Standard time):  Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament will be entitled to a full refund minus a $50 per team cancellation fee upon written request (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

MARCH 2, 2025 -APRIL 27, 2025 (11:59PM Pacific Standard Time):  Any team which has registered and made payment to the tournament will be entitled to a 50% refund upon written request (requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@jayofoundation.org).

If a team that is not on a wait list decides to drop out for any reason as of APRIL 28, 2025 (12:00AM Pacific Standard Time), the team will forfeit the entire entry fee. This includes all drops that may pertain to acts or threats of war, acts or threats of terrorism, a health risk alert, or weather conditions.

All payments must be made online.  We do not accept checks for payment. 

In the event of a Governmental Authority shutting down the tournament, we will refund your entry fee minus any non-recoverable expenses.

Please note that this tournament requires that all teams must check in on Wednesday night - June 11, 2025 - prior to the event by 9:00 pm.  

Please plan your travel so that at least 1 staff member arrives early enough to check in on Wednesday evening - June 11, 2025 - by 9:00 pm.  

Please also be advised that matches usually run as late as 4-5 pm on the last day.  Plan your travel home accordingly.
