Please use this option to Join us in the Convention Center. Convention Center Vendors must commit for all (3) Days of the tournament. 6/11/26 and 6/13/26 thru 6/14/26. 6/12 will not be a tournament day. However, vendors can leave their booths up at their discretion. We recommend taking valuables with you. Load in will be the evening of 6/10/26.

REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for joining Island Fest. Please note our invitations are limited and your participation limits the opportunities of other brands. There is a $50 non-refundable Application Fee once you have booked your space(s). $300 of your fees will be refundable should you notify us of cancellation before May 1, 2026. A $150 ($150 in total) refund will be offered between May 15, 2026, and June 1, 2026. No refunds, for any reason, will be offered after June 1, 2026.
