We are excited to be working with Mainstreet Magical Market and supporting their commitment to artisans and the community.

History of Makers Island:

University of Hawai’i All-American volleyball players and Super Model Jason Olive. As the first NCAA athlete to secure NIL rights, Jason became a fashion icon, working with the biggest names in fashion and gracing the covers of the world’s most important fashion magazines. This was while, at the same time, leading the Bows to their first Final Four appearance in 1995. In 2001, Jason produced what is considered to be the first large-scale sustainable-fashion show in America, welcoming hundreds of brands and over 36 labels to the runway at the Dallas Convention Center in 2001.

“We are very excited to introduce our volleyball guests, who travel from all over the world to compete, to a new conceptualization of a tournament vendor experience. We are focused on the art and luxury of Hawai’i’s island creators, and we are reimagining the tournament experience to introduce the best in island art and design to guests in a fun and accessible way. As our logo celebrates, Island Fest is a continual process of daring to ask, “What ‘IF’”. We hope you will enjoy Makers Island.”- JO

Jason captured Livia and Oscar Winner Collin Firth and his wife Olivia for Vogue.com’s Green Carpet challenge.
